These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between vk885 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("the Player", "you") who accesses or uses the vk885 platform at https://vk885.pro. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. vk885 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus balance must comply with the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• vk885 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering or terms violations are suspected. The player will be notified and may be required to provide additional documentation.

All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time the offer is made available. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by vk885 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited in ৳ and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of their use on vk885. They cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh or ICC tournaments are time-limited. The expiry date and time (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not completed before expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• vk885 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where fraud, system errors or abuse is detected. In cases of technical error resulting in erroneous bonus crediting, vk885 may reverse the erroneous amount regardless of whether it has been wagered.

Players subject to self-exclusion or responsible gaming restrictions are not eligible to receive or activate bonus offers during the restriction period. If a bonus is accidentally credited to a restricted account, vk885 will void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

All games and betting markets available on vk885 are governed by the rules of the respective game or sport as implemented by the relevant software provider or data supplier. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the result recorded in vk885's system logs shall be considered definitive, subject to review in cases of demonstrable technical error.

Players are responsible for ensuring they place bets accurately before confirmation. vk885 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all vk885 products:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. Current limits are displayed within the game or betting interface at the time of placing a bet.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or in-play sports bet, the outcome of the round or event already in progress will stand as determined by the game provider's server. Disconnections do not entitle a player to a void or refund.

If a result is reversed by the governing body after markets have been settled, vk885 will review and may re-settle affected markets accordingly.

vk885 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. Gambling is intended as entertainment only. vk885 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21 years and actively promotes responsible gaming practices among its player base.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered vk885 players and may be activated by contacting our support team:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your vk885 account. Limits take effect immediately once set. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.

The following circumstances may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.

• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity as determined by vk885's compliance and security team.

A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting vk885 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned via the player's registered payment method after completion of any pending verification. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

All content on the vk885 platform — including but not limited to the vk885 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text content, promotional materials and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of vk885 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the vk885 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any vk885 content without prior written consent from vk885.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vk885 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the vk885 platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill.

Without limiting the foregoing, vk885 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages or third-party infrastructure failures beyond vk885's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions.
• Any decision by a player to gamble real money based on information or analysis obtained from third-party sources. vk885 does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of third-party data used by players when placing bets.

vk885 collects, processes and stores personal data provided by players in connection with account registration, identity verification, deposit and withdrawal processing, and responsible gaming compliance. vk885 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time.
